Absolutely. Every timepiece sold by Alexander Windsor is thoroughly inspected and authenticated by our expert team. We guarantee the authenticity of every watch and provide a certificate of authenticity with each purchase.
We do not currently offer finance. All purchases are made in full at the time of sale.
All pre-owned watches come with a 12-month warranty covering the movement. This gives you complete peace of mind with your purchase.
We offer a 14-day returns policy. The watch must be returned in its original condition with all packaging and documentation.
We primarily serve the UK market with free insured delivery. For international enquiries, please contact us directly and we'll be happy to assist.
Yes, we welcome visitors to our boutique at 7 South Street, Dorking, Surrey. We're open Monday to Friday, 11am to 4pm. Saturday viewings are available by appointment.
Simply submit your watch details through our Sell Your Watch page. We'll provide a valuation within 24 hours. If you're happy with the offer, we arrange collection or you can visit our boutique.
Yes, we purchase watches with or without original box and papers. However, having the complete set typically results in a higher valuation.
